Extended access appointments are available at Clitheroe Health Centre in the evening and at weekends when we’re closed. To book one of these please speak to our reception team.
Slaidburn Health Centre is open from 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday apart from Bank Holidays. The 01200 401670 phone number will be answered by a member of the Health Centre staff between 8.00am and 6.30pm.
