Practice Nurse Services:
- Heart Health including ECG
- Blood Pressure Monitoring and Measurement – including 24 hour Blood Pressure Monitoring
- 24hr ECG
- Sexual health – including contraception ( not coils of implants) and emergency contraception
- Dietary advice.
- Annual health checks for those with long term conditions – heart disease, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, learning disability, asthma, chronic lung disease, mental health disorders. epilepsy and thyroid disease
- Women’s Health including cervical smears and HRT
- Men’s Health
- Managment of chronic diseases – diabetes, heart conditions, respiratory conditions
- Minor Injuries – including suturing.
- Stop Smoking
- Travel Health and Immunisations
- Childhood Immunisations
- Young Persons Health
- Pre conceptual health advice
- Pregnancy testing
