How to make a complaint

Slaidburn Country Practice provides a friendly and professional service to all our patients.

We hope that our patients do not have cause for complaint but should you feel dissatisfied with the service/s we provide please contact Mrs Heather Harrison (Practice Manager), who is responsible for investigating complaints at the Practice  ensuring that action is taken in the light of the outcome of any investigation.

The Primary Care Trust also operates a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)  – an NHS service providing independent advice, guidance and access to other services in order to help/resolve any problems before they become formal complaints.
